- Check-in at the Hostel is based on a valid identity document: ID card, passport, driving license or ID with a photo. Without presenting a valid document, the staff may refuse to check in the guest. An ID document is required for all persons staying overnight. If a deposit has been paid but proof of identity is not provided, the deposit will be forfeited.
- The staff may refuse accommodation without giving a reason, especially to clients under the influence of alcohol or other psychoactive substances or aggressive. Clients without an identity document are not allowed to stay in the facility. Without providing an active contact phone number, the hostel also has the right to refuse accommodation.
- Guest check-in is after 2:00 p.m. (check-in before 2:00 p.m. is only possible if the accommodation has not been booked previously).
- Payment for the entire night is made upon guest check-in. In the absence of cash in Polish zlotys upon night check-in, the guest may leave cash in another currency in a deposit corresponding to the amount for the overnight stay, provided that he/she exchanges money at a currency exchange office in the morning and pays for the overnight stay correctly.
- There is no refund for the purchased accommodation. Modification of the reservation less than 7 days before arrival is subject to a fee, and the deposit cannot be transferred to another date.
- In case of shortening your stay at the Hostel, a refund for unused nights is not possible.
- For the paid accommodation, it is possible to issue a VAT invoice, or for less than PLN 450, a receipt with a Tax Identification Number. The need to receive an invoice should be reported immediately when paying for the accommodation, because it is not possible to issue an invoice later on the basis of a receipt (a receipt without a Tax Identification Number entered). The deadline for issuing an invoice is in accordance with the applicable legal regulations in this area at the time of sale.
- A cash deposit/warranty is required for the room key. The deposit for the room key is PLN 20. (the deposit is returned on the basis of the return of keys). In the event of loss of the room key and the chip facilitating entry to the Hostel, the deposit is forfeited.
- The hostel day lasts until 12:00 the following day. By this time, the accommodation must be vacated. If the client does not check out by 12:00, he/she is obliged to pay for the next started night. However, overnight stays in the Hostel are only possible if this room was not previously booked. In the absence of contact with the guest, the Hostel staff has the right to enter the room to clean the room, and the items in the room may be disposed of.
- Extension of stay should be reported to the reception by 10:00 on the day of the planned extension in order to establish the conditions of further stay. However, due to occupancy, the guest is not guaranteed to stay in the same room. Paying for one night does not guarantee a reservation for the next unpaid nights.
- There are no time limits for guests to leave or return to the Hostel, but night time silence rules apply from 10pm to 6am.
- 12. All rooms in the Hostel are co-ed. There are no gender-segregated rooms..
- We reserve the right to accommodate a new guest with a person already registered in a given room, if the room is not booked exclusively and there are free places in the room.
- Please use only the bed and locker that were assigned by the staff at the time of check-in. In case of an extra bed, the guest is required to pay for it.
- We reserve the right to enter a guest's room to clean any remaining beds that were not booked by him/her.
- A deposit of 50 % is required for the reservation. The remaining amount is paid at the time of check-in. Failure to pay does not guarantee a place reservation.
- The deposit paid for the reservation will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 7 days before the reservation date. In other cases the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits in euros are not refundable.
- The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of cancellation of the reservation.
- Unregistered persons may stay on the Hostel premises only with the consent of the staff and only outside the night-time silence hours.. In the event that unregistered persons stay in the Hostel without the consent of the staff, it is a gross violation of the regulations and in such a situation the guest who is registered must move out immediately. In such a situation, the money for further nights is not refunded.
- Hostel guests can use the self-service kitchen and living area, however Night time silence applies from 10pm to 6am. Please also avoid cooking during these hours. Consumption of alcohol in common areas and dorm rooms is prohibited!
- During the night time silence it is not possible to view the room before paying for the reservation.
- The washing machine and clothes dryer are operated exclusively by the Hostel staff. In the event of a request to purchase a washing and drying service, only the Hostel staff turns the above-mentioned equipment on and off. The price list is available at the reception. If the guest does the laundry themselves, they are obligated to pay for it and cover any damages.
- On the Hostel premises it is possible to rent a towel for a fee. The price list is available at the reception.
- Parents are solely responsible for children registered at the Hostel. Parents with children cannot book places in multi-person rooms, only exclusive rooms.
- The Hostel's liability is limited to items left in the deposit at the reception or in the luggage room. It is recommended to lock items in lockers (the Hostel is not responsible for items left in rooms).
- The hostel guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of the Hostel's equipment and technical devices resulting from his/her fault.
- In the Hostel there is a possibility of adding an extra bed to the rented entire room, this is an additional fee. This fact must be reported no later than 12:00 on the day of arrival - we inform that due to the different room sizes - this is only possible in selected rooms.
- Staff have the right to call security in the event of an emergency or when they are unable to cope with a guest.
- In the event of a problematic guest who does not want to leave the room despite the staff's intervention, the called security has the right to open the room with the consent of the facility's employee and, even if the room is paid for, immediately eject the guest from the facility due to a gross violation of the regulations.
- In the event of damage caused by a guest and not covered financially, the facility is forced to report the matter to the police. The person who made the reservation and is identified by an identity card is responsible for the damage caused in the room. If outsiders are discovered in the room during the intervention, they are also responsible for the damage.
- Pets are not allowed on the Hostel premises. If the staff discovers such a situation, the guest must check out immediately. In such a situation, the money is not refunded.
- Guests are kindly requested to keep their rooms tidy after their stay. In case of extreme cleaning, the guest must pay an additional PLN 50.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Hostel premises. The fine for smoking is PLN 300 and in the case of reservations made via the booking.com portal, the facility has the right to charge the payment card that the guest included in the reservation.
- In case of breaking the Hostel rules, inappropriate behavior on the Hostel premises, the reception staff has the right to refuse the client further accommodation. In such cases, we do not refund the fee paid for the accommodation.
- The hostel reserves the right to change prices in selected periods.
- The hostel reserves the right to change the regulations at any time.
- Paying for accommodation and collecting the room key is tantamount to reading and accepting the above regulations.
